It's a long process. You'll have a phone interview first with HR. Then, after some waiting, you'll have an in-person interview with two store managers, one of whom will be your direct supervisor. Getting to this stage is challenging. If all goes well, you might get an offer.
- Be ready to talk about how your experience makes you a good fit for sales.
- They might ask you to try selling them something random.
- Make sure you know about the products before you come in.

I applied online and then got a call the next day for a phone screening. She called me later that day and I did an online assessment which I finished and passed. I had my interview two days later. The interview was at the corporate office and it was done with a store manager and district manager. The interview was mostly STAR questions and situations. They opened the floor for questions for me. I didn't hear from them for 18 days. I finally got a rejection email after emailing the recruiter twice and asking for feedback.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations?

I applied online and had to do an online assessment. Then there was a phone interview which was pretty easy. After that, I had an interview focused on STAR questions, which was also easy. If you have experience in retail sales, this will be a breeze for you. Just make sure to give specific answers. There aren't any trick questions, just be fun, energetic, and smile! People with a background in wireless cell phone sales will do great.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer.
