Behavioral

It was just a behavioral interview. They asked the normal questions like if put into this situation how would you respond with past experience. They were pretty easy with the process and it was a phone call.

It was a 2-round process: first a phone call, then a face-to-face with 3 people. It felt more like a discussion, very friendly and respectful of my time. They might not pick you, but they appreciate your skills and time. You'll get honest feedback whether you're selected or not. The process is quick, but the background check takes up to 3 weeks. They might offer a bit less than expected and don't negotiate much, but the team is great. The interviewers are highly educated and experienced in the field. Questions focused on practical and situational experience. Overall, a really good experience that made me choose them.

Meh. I applied on their website and HR contacted me the next day. Against my better judgement, I completed their questionnaire, including my desired salary. The immediate reply was that Cox doesn't pay that much because the role wasn't senior, even though 'Senior' was in the title. Again, against my better judgement, I agreed to a phone screen with the hiring manager. The phone screen went okay and I was told I'd get feedback soon, but it never came. My multiple attempts to follow up with various HR people were ignored. A simple courtesy response would've been appreciated.
