I applied online and a few days later got an invite for a phone interview. When the recruiter didn't call at the scheduled time, I emailed her about the missed appointment. She eventually emailed back saying she had to go to a meeting and asked me to reschedule. I rescheduled and she did call. The interview felt like a letdown; from the start, I felt prejudged. All the questions were negative, and there were no positive interactions. They even questioned my language skills. It felt like an interview from a different time. Two days later, I got the standard decline email.

The interview was great and easy-going. I felt relaxed and was able to just talk about the role. The interviewer made me feel really comfortable, which helped make the conversation more laid-back. Their interview style was very impressive. Thanks.

Behavioral Presentation

It was pretty easy but you do need to have Microsoft Teams installed as it is a video interview. Job duties and pay were explained well. The list of products and who they market to and what is expected was also explained well.
