Assistant Manager
I first talked to HR, then had a chat with the hiring manager. During our talk, they asked some questions that didn't seem to relate to the job description or the role's duties. Manager

They didn't have tons of details about the gig but thought I was a strong fit and said they'd let me know about next steps. Then I had a peer panel interview over the phone, followed by an in-person peer panel interview and a separate phone chat with the hiring director. The whole thing took like 3 months, so yeah, gotta have patience.
- Can you share an example of a leadership situation you faced?
- We'll present a scenario, and you'll have 30 minutes to prepare a recommended solution to present to the panel.
