Summer Analyst
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a technical round, and then there was a super day with four interviews. You should expect questions on accounting and behavioral topics. The interviewers were really nice and responsive. Overall, it was a great experience, even though it didn't work out in the end.

The interview process involves a mix of behavioral and technical questions, with a focus on assessing your fit at Cowen. It's less technical than other interviews I've experienced, with most questions drawing from a 400-question guide. The interviews are very conversational, and the interviewers are mainly interested in getting to know you.
