So there were three rounds in total. The first one was with my future manager, the second with HR, and the last one with the CEO. The first two rounds were more about getting to know me and my personality, less about hard technical stuff.

The process involved multiple rounds, starting with phone screens and then moving to in-person interviews. I even had a one-on-one meeting with the CEO, who was really down-to-earth and easy to chat with. There was a case study where I had to outline my approach, and I got feedback on it pretty quickly. I also completed a personality assessment, which was quite insightful.

The interview process was quite relaxed. Initially, I had a conversation with the Team Lead, which covered my previous work experience and some questions to assess cultural alignment. Following that, a few days later, I connected with the Director of Engineering, who was also very approachable and friendly.

The interview process had three rounds. The first was with HR, asking general questions about my experience. The second round was with the hiring team and was mostly behavioral to see if I would fit. The third round was with the CEO and was more of a conversation about my experience where he assessed my logic and thinking process.
