First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Covisian.
Customer Care Agent
First, a very simple interview with the recruitment agency over the phone, and then a video call with the company managers. They didn't ask anything particularly difficult because I already had experience in the field.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences that are relevant for this position?
Legal Compliance
We started by filling out privacy forms and personal info sheets, then a quick Excel knowledge quiz. They asked about my study and work background. Then, a detailed explanation of the role with questions about it. We discussed my salary expectations and how the second part of the interview might go.
- Did you know the company and do you have any questions about it?
Sales Representative
El proceso fue fácil pero engañoso. Te prometen una cosa y al final no es lo que te ofrecen, no es transparente y claro. No recomiendo perder el tiempo ya que al final alegan cosas en la formación que luego no compete.

Customer Service Intern
I sent my CV on Indeed and was contacted less than half an hour later for an interview for a banking customer care internship. The interview was held on the Teams platform with other candidates. At the end of the interview, everyone was asked about their availability for a second interview, choosing between the afternoon or the next day. I, like another girl, chose the next day at 11. The following day, not receiving any link to connect, I first contacted them by email and then called the company various times, but without success. After an hour, I was contacted back and the person claimed that only availability was requested and the interview was not supposed to take place (sure, I keep a person free for an interview that might not even happen) and that they were also evaluating other candidates. I asked if the other interview had taken place and was told no. The story seemed really strange, so I contacted one of the participants from the previous day, who confirmed that the afternoon interview had taken place and that he had even passed it. I've done many interviews, but I've never encountered such a disorganized company that so blatantly messes with candidates. I mean, if you don't like someone, just say so, don't play games with them. Apparently, it wasn't clear, and I doubt it still is, that we are looking for jobs here and not having fun. Moreover, I had also studied banking law, they surely don't want prepared people.
