First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Covid Clinic.
Certified Nursing Assistant
The process was really quick. They contacted me about the role, and then called me for an interview the same day I expressed interest. It was only about 15-20 minutes, which caught me off guard with how fast it was. All the questions were on point for the job, including the hypothetical ones. It felt fair, but man, it was fast.
- What actions would you take if you observed a colleague not using their Personal Protective Equipment correctly?
Customer Service Representative
It was a good interview. They asked simple questions and inquired about my previous jobs. They wanted me to describe a situation from my past that would be beneficial for this role. The atmosphere was very friendly, and I was given the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
- How do you think you'd be a valuable asset to our team?
- What are you passionate about?
COVID Tester
The interview was easy. They asked me two questions about my previous job experience and why I was looking for a new job. They also just looked at my resume and I got hired.
- What were your previous job duties and how can you apply them here?
- Why are you seeking a new position?
Recruiter
The interview was pretty standard, asking basic questions. The interviewer was friendly and it was a pleasant chat. The call started on time and was about 20 minutes long. The job being remote was a big bonus.
- Tell me about a time you struggled to find a candidate.
