This company was one of the most amazing companies I have ever interviewed for. They were friendly, professional and the staff was amazing! I had multiple offers and one came in better, but this company was top notch.

The Taleo website was a terrible experience! It didn't auto-populate from my resume, and they asked for my salary history, which was strange. The sections for past employment were also weak, and they didn't collect EEO data. This was unexpected for such a large IT company.

I had a short phone chat with a recruiter, and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager at Microsoft. It lasted about an hour and seemed to go well. I felt good about my answers and was able to show how I troubleshoot problems and find the cause of issues.
