Programmer
It was an on-site interview. I met with several team members who introduced themselves, explained things, and tested my skills. There were some brain teasers and logic problems, similar to what Google might ask. I also sat in on a company meeting that was happening that day, went to lunch, and had to do some sample tasks where I explained my thought process.

It has multiple stages with multiple (increasing) level of team involvement. Including roughly the following steps: An email asking questions about your resume, a phone call to review your resume and background, a technical phone and/or online interview with the hiring manager(s), and a technical on-site interview that lasts a full day and involves most of the immediate team members and managers. It was extremely useful to get a taste of how the team(s) and part of the company operates throughout the interview process and attend the daily standup for example. Remember to interview the company while the company is interviewing you.
