The job posting asked for 1+ year in automation testing, and I felt I met all the qualifications. However, during the initial recruiter call, the HR representative seemed unimpressed with my background and repeatedly mentioned they were seeking candidates with more experience. This was stated about 3-4 times. Although I was given the option to proceed and speak with an engineer, I chose not to accept, as I felt disrespected. I also think they should update their job postings if they are looking for more experienced individuals.
