The whole thing took about 3 weeks and I went through 6 rounds in total. The last round was with a peer, which I thought was a bit weird, lol. Things seemed to go really well, and the recruiter even said they had positive feedback. But then, I got a rejection email with no explanation. Seriously, don't waste people's time and effort if you can't afford to hire.

Behavioral Technical

The initial two phone interviews were with members of the TA and management teams. I was really impressed with how professional they were and that they had actually taken the time to thoroughly review my profile and experience (and I could tell they'd checked out my LinkedIn too!). They asked pertinent questions based on my background and what they were looking for, and gave a solid overview of the company and the role. It was a nice change from other interviews I've had recently where they seemed unprepared and like they hadn't even looked at my CV before the call. While it seemed like a great fit for the role on both sides, ultimately the commute was just too far, so I decided to end the process when they couldn't accommodate a mostly remote work arrangement, even though we did discuss salary. I'd still recommend them if you get the chance to talk with them.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included a phone interview followed by an in-person interview at Coursera's Mountain View office. Both interactions were relaxed and conversational. The interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to, which really highlighted the Coursera company culture and increased my desire to work there.
