Intern
I got contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter. They sent over some HackerRank questions pretty quickly, within about a week. After I finished those up, they set up a phone interview for the week after.
- Write code to check if a string is a palindrome.
- Explain basic time complexity.
MBA Intern
The process was very well laid out. Key competency questions were asked at the phone screen, 1st round, and 2nd round. The phone screen was pretty standard, but the 2nd round was with the EA of a senior leader, which was a new experience. Make sure your anecdotes are clear and remember to affirm executive presence.
- Tell me about a time you built something.
- What's your excitement level about edtech?
- How do you keep yourself updated on AI?
Intern
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. First, there was a 20-minute phone screening with HR. Then, I had an hour-long interview with the hiring manager, followed by another hour-long interview with the hiring manager's superior. It was a very conversational and quick process, and the whole thing took about 2 weeks. Everyone I met was very nice.
- Can you describe an instance where you collaborated with other departments to finish a project?
