This was a super long interview process, like, totally unprofessional and with so many red flags. Honestly, don't even take the job if they offer it. Who knows if the interviewers will even stick around. One person admitted they were having a tough time with how things are run. It was a really bad experience from the start. They'd set up interviews without asking if you were free. The HR person wouldn't really talk to you, and they never give out phone numbers, which felt really weird and like they were ghosts. Everything was just email. If you needed to say you weren't available, email was the only way. Prepare to be ghosted during interviews, your interviewer might not even show up. And you might get a sudden rejection after like 4 weeks, even if you thought the interviews went okay. The HR person might also try to convince you to take a role that's below what you can do. Because it's all remote, there are no personal boundaries. Seriously, think hard before joining.

I got a call from a Coursera recruiter and was pretty hopeful. First was a recruiter screen, checking my background and the role, which went well. Then I was supposed to have a hiring manager interview, but the manager no-showed on the scheduled day. The recruiter said the manager was sick. They rescheduled, but the manager canceled again because of a business trip. This kept happening, and just before the third try, they told me they were moving on with others. The whole thing took over a month, and I felt like the manager wasn't really interested in interviewing me. It was disorganized and unprofessional, and I'm not sure why they contacted me. I'd tell others to be careful if Coursera calls them for an interview.

Started with a recruiter call to set up a hiring manager phone screen. That was a 1-hour Zoom call where I talked about past projects, did a deep dive on one, and worked through a case study. I also got to ask questions about the role and team. Heard back about the feedback early the next week. Then I had a full-day virtual on-site. I met with 5 people. I did a technical coding exercise with SQL and python, which took 1 hr 45 min. After that, I talked through case study questions and some behavioral questions with 4 interviewers one-on-one (30-45 min each). I had breaks during the day. At the end, I met the hiring manager again to wrap up and ask final questions. I got the offer the following week and had about a week to consider it.
