Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process is pretty standard. You start with a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a more detailed interview or presentation. Everyone I met was really nice, supportive, and friendly – the kind of people you'd want to work with. The interviews felt more like conversations, and I always felt good about them. They even gave us some common interview questions ahead of time to help us prepare. However, I have to warn you that the role might not actually be open. I've applied for three different positions here over the last two years and have been ghosted after meeting the hiring manager. The roles sometimes get canceled and then reposted a few months later with a slightly different title and a new hiring manager. It makes me wonder if they're serious about hiring. And nobody ever follows up, not even with a basic rejection email, which would be nice.

Interview in English. First HR screening, very friendly person who clearly explained the job expectations and the rest of the process. Interview with the manager, a bit more challenging but still in a kind spirit.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was pretty standard. I had two phone calls where they asked me about my experience and went over my background. Then, I was sent a writing assessment that had a few case studies. Some of them felt a bit like tech support questions, which was unexpected, like how to help a customer whose page wouldn't load. After submitting the writing assessment, I followed up and heard back that they decided not to move forward. I asked for feedback, but didn't get any.
