Basically, there isn't a formal interview process. They mostly just have you fill out a lot of paperwork and go through an orientation. If you've got the right insurance, it looks like pretty much anyone can get hired.

Started with an HR interview, pretty standard and conversational. The next interview was supposed to be with my boss, but he was an hour late because he forgot about it. So, the interview was kind of weird because he wasn't ready. Basically, they just had me read my resume, and then he asked situational questions based on what I said.

I spoke with the owner and VPs about my school history and activities. I was taking a sabbatical and wanted to gain experience in the transportation industry. I had worked in several positions at Courier Express, which allowed me to explore different business areas. The leadership there is excellent, very knowledgeable and experienced. The interview process was very enjoyable.
