The interview process had two rounds, first with the design team, then with the COO. I got a good sense of the company's mission and how it operates. The team was open, and I was excited about their vision. I liked meeting people from different levels, showing they care about hiring. I had a phone chat. They knew I'm still finishing undergrad but wanted me to send over some of my work projects for them to look at. They also asked for my last three jobs and sent those people a pretty long questionnaire asking about their experience with me.

I went through two rounds of interviews and they both went really well, the staff was super nice. I ended up getting an offer, but it was for a lower position than what I applied for and the salary was incredibly low. I tried to negotiate, but they said they couldn't budge on the salary at all. Their communication was really slow and confusing. Honestly, I found out everything I needed to know about the company during the interview process.
