Student Engineer
They explained the responsibilities of each department and what I could bring to the table and who I would ideally want to work with and the reasoning behind it. The hiring process was a bit unconventional; they didn't explicitly offer me the job but first required a drug test. Once that came back negative, I completed the necessary paperwork and started.

It was a panel interview with three people. There was a written part that was timed. They asked behavioral questions and questions about processing fmla/cfra and conducting investigations. The questions were placed in front of me to look at.

Human Services Specialist
You gotta apply online first, which is kinda important to attach a resume since they get tons of applicants. Then, HR checks everyone out. If you make the cut, you gotta take a test. If you're in the top 10%, you get called for a 4-person panel interview. If you pass that, you start training and are on probation for a year, then you're permanently hired.
- Can you describe your experience interacting with the public?
Receptionist
The interview went pretty well. It started right on time and the interviewers were nice and professional. I was kinda nervous at first, but they made me feel comfortable quickly. They asked me a bunch of questions, one after another. Some questions were tough, others not so much. They let me know the results really fast.
- As the boss, what would be your reason for hiring yourself?
