The interview process was very pleasant and nice, I truly enjoyed the experience. I had a decent experience with the HR staff during the interview. Towards the end of my experience, I did not enjoy the different ways of doing nursing in each building.

I found the Employment Manager job on a job board. The day after applying, the outgoing Employment Manager called me to review my experience and pay expectations. An in-person interview was scheduled for later that week. During the interview, the job duties were different from what was posted online or discussed on the phone; it mainly involved project management, which I didn't have much experience with. Despite this, I was moved to the second stage that same day and interviewed with another Employment Manager and the HR Director. I was told the process takes time. I followed up via email a couple of weeks later and received a call stating they chose another candidate. A few weeks after that, I saw the job posted again with a description closer to what was discussed in the interview. This company's HR positions involve traveling between facilities almost 100% of the time, with no set workspace at each location, sometimes working in the cafeteria. I'm glad I didn't get the job because I prefer having a designated workstation.

The interview process was extremely long! It involved two in-person interviews, then a phone interview, and I also had to complete a personality test that took more than an hour. The whole thing spanned over 30 days. I really wish they had been upfront about the salary range. They made it seem like it would be within my acceptable range, which I told them at the start. You can imagine how disappointed I was when, after 30 days, they offered me a salary lower than what I was currently making. They could have saved both of us the time if they had just told me the salary upfront!

The interview process is very long; they indicated that a decision could take almost two months. The interviewer appeared uncertain about the specific qualifications needed for this role, changing some requirements during the discussion. Some comments made were considered unprofessional. The initial interview lasted over an hour, and the subsequent one extended beyond two hours. Despite these issues, the company seems like a respectable and pleasant workplace, though management practices differ.
