It's a pretty chill and straightforward process, honestly. We don't want to make it a hassle for anyone interviewing. It's a multi-step thing to bring new folks on board. Basically, we start by writing up the job description, then we post the job, set up the interviews, do some initial chats, then have people come in for in-person interviews, follow up with everyone, and finally, make an offer.

A telephonic interview was conducted. Initially, as usual, I was asked to walk through my resume, and then asked about my suitability for the role. There was only one round. Many students from different b-schools were selected, which created a good platform for peer pressure work and kept our energy levels high.
