The process involved an application, followed by a questionnaire or test. Then there was a telephone interview and an in-person interview. Next, a 'candidate assignment' was given, which involved interviewing friends and family and asking them industry-related questions to understand what kind of questions I'd be asking clients. This assignment was helpful in deciding if I wanted the job. After that, there was another in-person interview where I met with assistants, district managers, and the agency manager.

So I applied online and got contacted. Then, I went through three interviews, each lasting over two hours. The manager mostly talked about himself and the company, but never really explained the job or answered my questions. He seemed too relaxed, a bit unprofessional. He said not to talk about pay or commissions with candidates because he wants people who are just eager to work first, and the rewards will follow. The second interview got rescheduled like 3 times by Country. For the second interview, they gave me a research assignment: interview 10 potential clients about their insurance needs. It had like 30 questions per client and would've taken an hour each. It's weird to get homework before being hired, especially since I have a full-time job and this was a big, unpaid task. The whole interview felt like that reality show with P. Diddy, very arrogant interviewer. Overall, a bad experience.

The interview process was really good and thorough. They were patient with my questions and it wasn't overwhelming at all, they were very welcoming. They gave great explanations and were honest. The interviewer was very kind and explained not only the hiring process but the work itself really well. They also explained the next steps.
