The very first thing was a Spark Hire one-way interview, which had five questions in it. I got an email with the link the same day I applied. You get all the time you need to prep for the questions, but you only get three tries to answer them. Less than fifteen minutes after I sent in my interview, I got an email saying the Relationship Banker job I applied for was taken down for more review.

Country Club has a video screening process that is really cool. When I came in person to interview, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they have a wonderful culture. The manager that interviewed me walked me to my car when the interview concluded. It was a great experience.

I talked to marketing and HR folks. It was super chill, like a regular chat. They were really into the company and where they saw this role going. They were clear about expectations for me. This was new for them, so they asked for my ideas. I felt totally at ease. I had some questions ready, and they answered everything even before I asked. It was a good time.
