The whole process was too long and unprofessional. HR only texted and didn't even try calling to arrange an interview with the manager. However, the interview with the manager went well, though it was a bit too long. I wasn't invited for a second round.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied for a Senior BA role and went through 3 main interviews. First, HR called for basic questions, then a 15-minute speed interview covering self-introduction, current role, agile/non-agile experience, suitability for a senior role given my experience, willingness to relocate, and reasons for applying. After passing that, I had a 1-hour technical interview with two chapter leads focusing on work approach, techniques, and guidelines. They revisited agile/non-agile experience, user story writing specifics, workshop facilitation, initial project approach, supporting chapter leads, weaknesses, and growth areas. They also asked about personal interests outside work and for my questions. Following this, a 10-minute catch-up happened where they explained they liked me but felt I needed more time for a Senior BA role, offering an Intermediate BA position to work towards my goal, which I accepted due to their strong BA practice. Finally, a 45-minute (but shorter) session with a Senior BA served as a team fit check with similar questions. I was then offered the job. The relocation assistance was minimal, but I accepted due to the good BA practice and hiring environment. The entire process was quick, taking 10 business days from application to offer.
