The hiring process moved really fast. After some back-and-forth emails with HR, I had my interview the same week. It was pretty laid-back and on Teams, lasting about half an hour.

I applied online through the COA website, but didn't hear back. I reached out to the CEO directly, which got things moving. First, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was great. We talked about the responsibilities of this new role, the company's strategic goals, and what the next steps would be. After that, I was told the next step was an in-person meeting with the CEO and another senior leader. A few days later, HR contacted me to complete a pre-interview assessment that took about 30 minutes. Then, a few days after that, I was scheduled for the in-person interview. I felt the interview went really well and I was feeling confident about getting an offer. Unfortunately, two weeks later, I found out they had chosen someone else. It was a really positive experience overall, and though I'm disappointed, I'd be interested in other roles at COA if they're a good fit.

The interview was a long time ago and I don't recall the exact details. It was an open hiring process where I submitted my resume and had an interview day. The process moved pretty fast, except for a few extra days spent negotiating the salary.
