Technical Support
After I sent in my resume, I got an email to come in for an interview. The interview itself felt pretty good. They told me I'd get a personality test after, which I did. Then a few days later, they called and asked about my start date.
- What's your approach to troubleshooting an issue when you've never encountered it before?
Support
The interview process included a written test, a psychological evaluation, and a personal interview. The written test covered accounting topics and software setup questions. The psych evaluation involved identifying your strengths and weaknesses and how you perceived them in relation to yourself.
- There were accounting payroll questions, which was an area I didn't have experience in.
Account Executive
It went as expected. After a friend who knows the hiring manager referred me, we first talked on the phone. Then, I had an in-person interview where we discussed my background and experiences. After that, I met with and interviewed a current employee, and we talked about typical personality questions.
- How would you deal with an angry customer who calls you?
Customer Support Representative
I saw an ad and applied through the job service center. I got a phone call for a one-hour interview. Then, I took a written test to check my accounting and IT skills. The interview was with the customer support supervisor and the company president. They asked common questions like why I want to work there, my strengths and weaknesses, what I've done to get ready for the role, and how to deal with angry customers. After that, I sat with a customer support person and listened to some calls for about an hour.
- What experience do you have that has prepared you for this role?
