Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Couchbase.

Sales Representative
I went through a few rounds with different global people. They asked solid questions and gave great input and feedback. They were upfront about the current difficulties and the big chances coming up. I also did my own checking and talked to outside people about the company. It all lined up well.
- How crucial is collaboration to your personal effectiveness in this role?
Sales

- Can you tell me about your resume?
