The interview process felt pretty basic, focusing on situational questions, but it was very unprofessional. The hiring manager was consistently late for our scheduled Zoom interviews. After the second interview, they just ghosted me. While I understand they might not extend an offer, a brief two-sentence email would have been appropriate. The pay has no flexibility, and the hiring manager really emphasized the travel requirements, making sure I understood the extent of it, especially in relation to having a child and family. It was quite unprofessional and odd.

I got contacted by the VP of HR for an initial interview. They emailed me some questions from a Wonderlic test they give at the start. I interviewed with HR, took the test, got it scored, and was told I'd interview with three more people. Next, I met an Operations Team Member who explained their job and asked about my background/resume. I could ask about the job and travel. Then, I spoke with the Training Manager who asked typical interview questions. After that, a quick 5-minute chat with the Operations Manager, who said I'd get called for a final interview. A week later, I came back and interviewed with the Operations Manager again. She asked general questions and mostly let me do the talking. They offered me the job on the spot, pending a credit and background check.

The interview process was excessively long, involving two assessments, a two-hour onsite interview with the hiring manager, and a final virtual interview with the director. Despite this, I was ghosted afterward. The application also required sensitive personal information like SSN and Driver's license upfront, which is a major red flag. I wouldn't recommend this company.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. They're looking to gauge your comfort with communication, your general intelligence, and your customer service knowledge. Expect typical "what would you do..." questions. You'll likely interview at a different store than the one you're applying for. Also, it's not a private setting, so be prepared to answer quickly amidst distractions!
