I went through a few interviews. First, I met with the design team and the Marketing Manager. After that, I had to do a design test at home. Once I finished that, they called me back to talk about it. I met with the same group again, and then later I met with the EVP of Marketing.

Overall, the interview process was entirely on their terms. It included several online discussions and a lot of communication with the company recruiter, followed by an in-person interview. They asked about my availability and then didn't adhere to it. The offer was also on their terms, and any attempt to negotiate terms of employment was met unfavorably. This suggests that employment offers are presented as final, without explicit confirmation either verbally or in writing.

My recruitment experience was a total mess, with constant unprofessionalism. The interview coordination was terrible, and the interviewer was driving during our call. He had a bad connection and seemed out of touch with the construction industry. I noticed red flags like no follow-up, no response to my thank-you notes, and no acknowledgment of my withdrawal. They also mixed up time zones. After five weeks of being ignored, I withdrew my application. Even after copying senior people on my withdrawal email, I heard nothing back, which really shows their communication style. Honestly, if they can't even communicate with candidates, I doubt they can handle clients. This seems like a big problem from the top down. Save yourself the headache; this company lacks basic professional courtesy and communication skills.

The interview process was super thorough but also fast! First, there was a virtual intro interview covering the job details and what they expect. Then, I had to do an assessment test. After that, I had a second interview in person with the AP Supervisor and the Accounting director. They asked a lot of questions in a friendly way. I felt good about the job after leaving and got offered the position that same week. The whole thing took less than two weeks. Overall, it's been a really great experience so far, and I'm thankful for this chance!
