So the process started with a cover letter. After that, they sent a written assessment where I had to review a paper. If that went well, I got invited for an interview. The interview was half an hour with two consultants, and then there was a 45-minute proof reading exercise.

After I applied, they asked me to summarize a clinical trial, with a 500-word limit, due in two weeks. Then, they scheduled an interview for two weeks later. The interview was focused on my interpersonal skills and experience. Right after that, there was a 40-minute proofreading test where I had to correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, formatting, and style in a draft document.

After submitting my CV and cover letter online, I was promptly invited to take a written test. This involved a 500-word evaluation of a clinical trial paper, focusing on its pros and cons. Subsequently, I was invited to their London office for a 30-minute interview with two consultants, followed by a 45-minute proofreading exercise. The interviews were pretty much what I expected, with standard questions about my abilities. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, and they were understanding about some travel issues I had.
