It was a smooth interview process. Everyone was really lovely and put me at ease. There are two interviews - one over the phone with a member of the talent acquisition team followed by an in-person or virtual interview with members of the department if you get through. Both included a mixture of competency- and behavioural-based questions. As well as an opportunity for you to ask any questions. My second interview was split into two - the first with two employees, and the second with just one both lasting around 45 mins. The questions weren't too hard but make sure you prepare a couple scenarios demonstrating your skills - would recommend the classic STAR technique :)

I'm really surprised by how unprofessional this company is. I applied and passed their initial screening and assessment. They offered me an interview, but then cancelled it without any notice a week before it was scheduled, saying all positions were filled. The recruitment manager was really passive-aggressive when I asked what this meant for me since I had already completed all the tasks they asked for. It makes no sense why they wouldn't interview all applicants first and then decide who to hire, like most companies do. I wish I knew this would be such a waste of my time. Given the cost-of-living crisis and the tough job market, you never know how much a job opportunity can mean to someone. Shame on them. Please fix your recruitment process or hire better staff.

I applied online and then got a phone interview pretty quickly. It was mostly basic questions about why I want the job, why the company, and if I'm a good fit. A couple of weeks later, I had an in-person interview with two team members. They were nice and asked similar questions, plus a couple about handling specific situations. After that, there were two timed assessments (90 mins total): checking references and proofreading a document. The whole thing was a good experience, and the employees seemed really friendly and positive.
