The interview process was really long. First, there was a timed proof-reading task and a separate written task with questions about a clinical study. Then, there were 3 back-to-back interviews over 90 minutes with increasingly senior people. The first interview included a 10-minute presentation followed by questions. The second interview seemed most crucial, lasting the longest and being the basis for my critical feedback. The last interview was with the UK head of the Med Comms department. It felt like a lot of effort for an entry-level job, especially since they expected experienced-hire polish.

It was three rounds. First up was a phone screen with HR and my future boss, and I heard back the next day about moving on. Then came a take-home part with 4 assignments to do over 14 days. These involved reviewing a paper and pointing out its weaknesses, writing R code for some descriptive features of a dataset (no stats needed), proofreading a junior colleague's abstract, and replying to a client's email about planning a research project. I got the nod for the final round two weeks later. The last stage was three in-person interviews. The first one involved a technical presentation (15 mins max) about the paper I reviewed, plus planning a study and stratifying groups for it. The second was a cultural fit chat (why this company, your strengths, etc.). The third was meeting the head of the division for more cultural fit and motivation questions. The whole in-person part took about 2-2.5 hours. They made an offer the day after. I was really impressed with how quickly HR kept in touch throughout.

The interview process was really long. There were three interviews that involved asking a rotating set of questions. Make sure you remember the equations from the case study they give you. I didn't get an offer, and they made me do a ton of work for the interview. Honestly, save yourself the time and don't apply. I've heard a lot of bad things about working there.
