I had an interview in December 2024 with Cosette over Microsoft Teams. The team seemed really enthusiastic and like people I could enjoy working with, but they also seemed like they were still figuring some things out internally. It was clear the VP of Marketing was a big decision-maker, which made me wonder about the team's internal workings and structure. I'd give the experience a 3 out of 5. Looking back, I'm okay with not getting an offer because it probably wasn't the right fit for me.

Started with a 30 min HR phone screen, then a 1-hour video chat with the SVP of Biz Dev. After that, I went to Bridgewater for the first in-person interviews, which had three 1-on-1s, each about an hour. Two weeks later, I was invited back for three more 1-on-1s, which they said were the final rounds. Heard nothing for weeks despite emails. They ended up hiring someone at the VP level instead of the Associate Director role. Felt unprofessional and like a waste of my time.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a 30-min HR phone screen, then a 1-hour follow-up Zoom with the SVP of BD. After that, I had to travel to Bridgewater, NJ twice within three weeks for in-person interviews, meeting with 3 people each time. The interview itself was pretty standard, but the whole process was a mess and felt unprofessional. It dragged on for over 3 months, and getting any kind of update was incredibly difficult. Ultimately, they hired someone at the VP level, which felt like a huge waste of my time. I'd avoid this one.
