HR called me a few days after I applied online and asked if I could come in for an interview in 2-3 days. A director and a senior analyst from her team interviewed me. They were friendly but professional. They discussed the projects and daily tasks they do and asked me to elaborate on my education and experience beyond my resume, plus some questions about deadlines, budgets, and work environments. It was a positive experience overall, though I haven't heard back.

The interview felt pretty laid back and not too formal. Mostly they asked me questions that weren't technical, just about what I'm interested in. We chatted for about 15 minutes, and then I got to ask them some questions about the company. After that, they took me around the office and introduced me to some of the people on the team I'd be joining. The whole thing lasted around 35 minutes.
