Customer Service Representative
It was long and tedious with 3 different interviews with multiple people at the company. Definitely review the company values beforehand bc they ask you how you align with each of them

Sales Account Executive
It is a very long, tedious process. To my knowledge, they have a HR interview, department head interview, then a 4 hour interview as part of their hiring process. Be careful as they change job postings after you've applied - watch for salary changes.

The whole interview experience is pretty thorough and really fair. It does take a bit longer than usual, but the fact that they invest a good amount of time in candidates shows how much they care about their employees. It seems like people really matter at CoSchedule, and the interview process reflects that. So here's the breakdown: First, there's a 1-hour phone call to discuss your work history and other relevant stuff. Then, you'll get a hiring packet that focuses on company values. I actually liked this part because it gave me a clear sense of the work environment and what's important at CoSchedule. Plus, it's a good way to see if you think CoSchedule is a good fit for you. After that, you'll be given a project tailored to the role you applied for. You'll need to complete it and send it back. Once they've reviewed it, you'll be invited for a 1-hour in-person interview to discuss your project. The final stage is a 3-4 hour interview where you'll meet various CoSchedule team members (who are all really nice), talk more about the role, and learn even more about CoSchedule. Even though it seems long, this process gives you, the interviewee, the most and best information to decide if it's a good match. Career decisions are big, and people are important, and this interview process is built on those ideas.
- What makes you a good fit for CoSchedule?

Had an informal chat with the hiring manager first, and then a more formal interview with her and the co-founders. The first formal part was with the hiring manager and office manager, where we talked about my work. Then, the co-founders interviewed me and asked me to go over my portfolio and history again. They were dismissive and rude, comparing their preferred Ember framework unfavorably to my experience with Angular, and pointing out a CNAME issue with a link in my portfolio. After this negative experience, I never heard back about the job status, only finding out through a friend who got the position.
