We had a group interview with about 10 people. First, we all introduced ourselves one by one. Then, we did a group challenge where we had to decide on store duty priorities and then present our group's decision after discussing it. After that, there was an individual presentation about clothes matches. We had to pick clothes at the shop for about 10-15 minutes and then explain our choices based on a given scenario background story.

The interview started with an introduction, where they asked one question. Then there were three assessment stages. The first assessment involved checking the store and the Men/Women collection, and preparing feedback for the managers, noting both positive and negative points. The second assessment required describing a customer who needs a particular outfit and then creating a look for that customer from the collection. The third assessment asked to list what's happening in the store and prioritize them from my perspective. Finally, there was a personal meeting with the managers. I think it's a nice interview procedure because you can really highlight your strengths.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone interview and then a faces-to-face interview. The manager interviewing me was very rude and unpleasant, and interviewed like a robot. I felt very uncomfortable after the interview. They asked if I had the right to work in the UK and what passport I held from where I claimed I came from, after I had already given my EU nationality. Questions were about flexibility, as working evenings was the only important part of the job. Not a good company to work for based on the interview view. Thanks, I haven't been hired.
