The interview process at COS was very structured and transparent. I went through 2-3 phone and video interviews. The conversations covered both personal motivation and technical skills. I had the chance to speak directly with the hiring manager as well as future colleagues from the controlling team, which gave me a good impression of the role and culture. Overall, the process felt well-organized and respectful.

My interview was okay. They're really looking for people who already have experience, which was the most important reason it didn't go further. Overall, the rest of the process was going good, but the salary offered is minimum.
