I met with the District Manager in person. They were really focused on guest experience and how to handle employee disagreements. It felt like a pretty standard interview, but with a big emphasis on those specific topics. There was also a behavior test given after the interview.

So my interview was first at a job fair at one of their main locations. It went great, the store manager who hired me was super nice. Not many people showed up and they all got hired fast because they needed people right away. Then, the store manager had to tell me that the district manager wanted me at a busier location, and even though she fought it, it was what was best for the company. So I had another interview two days later with a manager who seemed lazy and desperate. I started working three days after that.

I showed up with my resume. They had me fill out an application there. Then I talked to the district manager. The questions were pretty basic. I'd suggest mentioning a hobby. The manager was easy to talk to and seemed to be checking if I was a reasonable person, not if I was a genius, just someone who was willing to work.
