First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Corvias.
Leasing Associate
So there were 2 interviews, one on Teams and one in person. It felt like it went pretty well. The people interviewing me were on time and dressed professionally. The interview went for about 40 minutes. They talked about their experiences with the company and asked some pretty detailed questions. All in all, it was a good interview.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in this role?
Resident Service Specialist
I had one-on-one interviews with three different supervisors. They each took turns asking me questions. The supervisors were mainly interested in my work ethic and how long I planned to stay with the company. They also asked a lot about my customer service skills and my ability to work well with others in a team. The interviews were very friendly and professional. However, you definitely don't want to give them any reason to think negatively about you.
- Do you have your own vehicle that is readily available to you on a daily basis?
Community Manager
I had applied about a year prior to being contacted for an interview. There were multiple phone interviews and then a final in-person interview. It took about six weeks from the final interview until I received the job offer, followed by a background check. While I really liked working for Corvias, the interview process itself was quite challenging.
- Were the questions difficult to answer?
- Were the questions repetitive?
Project Manager
It was a phone call and a pretty standard interview where they asked questions and I answered. They asked me to introduce myself and share an experience where I faced a challenge and how I dealt with it.
- Could you tell me a little about yourself?
- Can you describe a situation where you faced a challenge and how you managed it?
