First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CorVel.
Finance Data Analyst
The interview process was quite intense, but thankfully, there were no assessments or case studies, just three interviews in total. Primarily, the questions focused on my past experience as reflected on my resume. I spoke with the recruiter, the finance manager, and the VP of Finance.
- They asked detailed questions about the projects I've completed.
- Can you discuss your experience in analyzing financial data?
Claims Specialist
Applied online on Sunday and got a request for next steps on Thursday. The very next day, I was asked to interview. Right after my first interview, I got an invite for a second one. I set up the second interview for three days later. I got an offer two days after my second interview. It was a great panel to interview with.
- Could you please provide an overview of your resume?
Business Operations Coordinator
I was emailed to schedule a zoom interview. The interview was about 30 minutes long and the interviewer was my potential boss, working from home. I heard back with a rejection email after about two weeks.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
- Tell me about yourself.
HR Administrative Assistant
The recruiter gave me a call a bit late and then told me that they had already extended an offer yesterday. They then asked me about my salary expectations and I was informed that I wouldn't be getting what I asked for, even though it was advertised as their highest range.
- What is your desired salary?
- Do you want to work remotely?
- Are you able to travel?
