The hiring process for this company is quite thorough. It starts with an onsite interview with a Director of Operations, who is also called a Regional Manager. If that goes well, you'll get an online assessment. If you pass that and seem like a good fit, they'll schedule an in-person meeting with a Psychologist that lasts about 4 hours. After that, if everything is good, you might have one or two final interviews. They may also ask for references and potentially extend a job offer. I didn't make it to the offer stage because I passed everything up to the final interview after the psychology evaluation.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process has been going on for 2 months so far! It included one video interview, one phone interview, and a second interview that was cancelled. The cancelled interview hasn't been rescheduled, and I haven't received a proper response to my numerous follow-up emails. The communication has been very poor, which is frustrating after being led on for two whole months. I was under the impression that I was being offered the position, but without a rescheduled interview after the AOM cancelled due to an emergency, I can't be sure.

I got promoted from within. A role opened up and my manager suggested me. My performance was looked at. My regional manager asked if I was interested and then I did the personality/IQ test and other usual screening. After passing screening, my regional manager talked about the job in detail and how I could improve my strengths and weaknesses for the new role.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • We talked about my performance, my strengths and weaknesses, and how I plan to enhance my strengths and work on my weaknesses.
