First, there was a screening call, then an interview with the clinical director and two other team members. They seemed genuinely interested in me and reviewed my resume beforehand. The interview covered typical clinical questions about past experiences and hypothetical situations. I had to wait several weeks for news about further interviews, and I accepted another job offer before hearing back.

It started with a friendly HR call, giving a good overview of the role and company. Then, I had a chat with the hiring manager about my background and fit with Cortica's mission. After that, a technical round where I had to solve real-world problems Cortica faces, not just algorithms. The last round was with leadership and included people from product, IT, and DevOps, focusing on soft skills and leadership.

The process was fine. I had a call with the TA partner and then a video interview with the hiring manager. I am very overqualified for the position, so I understood the role and met all the qualifications. The hiring manager informed me that I would hear back in 24-48 hours as to if they would be moving forward with me for the role. I sent a follow-up email after the 48 hours and received no response. I sent another one a week later and received a response from another TA person letting me they are not moving forward. Please do not give candidates timelines that you can not uphold. It is not fair to job seekers and makes your company seem disorganized.

I had an initial call with someone from talent acquisition, then a second interview with someone from the department I applied for. They asked about my past experiences, and the questions weren't too tough. The whole thing from applying to interviews took 3 weeks, with both interviews happening in the same week. They sent over a map of the interview process and said they wouldn't ghost candidates. I followed up twice, including a thank you, but never got a response. Talking to the team was good, but it felt like maybe the TA team was short-staffed.
