First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Correios.
Corretor
It was an online interview, quick, a 30-minute chat with camera and microphone. It was just me and the interviewer. They asked simple questions like why I want the job and what salary I was expecting for the company. They were polite.
- What is your salary expectation for the position?
Auxiliar Administrativo
Administrative Apprentice
The entire interview process was conducted online, and it was quite straightforward and well-explained. Since I was 14 at the time, it wasn't overly challenging, but it was definitely the best job experience I've had, and I think everyone should try it.

Intern
The interview process for an internship at Correios starts when I apply for the vacancy, either through the Correios job portal or another recruitment platform. After that, the HR team screens the resumes, and if my profile is selected, I am invited for an interview. The interview is usually scheduled to be in person, online, or even by phone, depending on the situation. During the conversation with the recruiter, they ask me about my academic experience, my skills, why I want to intern at Correios, and how I can contribute to the company. They also take the opportunity to explain the responsibilities of the role and what they expect from me during the internship. In some cases, I might be asked to take a knowledge test or a practical exam, especially if the job requires specific technical skills, such as in IT or writing. After the interview and tests (if any), HR makes the final selection of candidates. If I am chosen, I receive positive feedback with a formal internship offer, including details about working hours, benefits, etc. Otherwise, I am also informed about the outcome.
