The interview process involved an exam and an interview. I did basic prep by looking at their website. Then came the psych test and assessment, followed by medical tests. I didn't pass the psych test; I answered questions normally and don't know what I should have said to pass.

It involves a lot of tests, interviews, medicals, psychological assessment, more tests/studying, training, more training and then the final offer. You need to be physically fit as well
