First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Corporate Visions.
Customer Success Manager
Ghosted after 3 interviews, including the final one. They said I'd get an update the next week. During the interview, they mentioned their onboarding process is disorganized, which explains why they disappeared on candidates after the final interview. It's a bad look.
- Can you describe your method for prioritizing tasks when faced with multiple demands?
Sales Delivery Manager
Applied via LinkedIn through a 3rd party recruiter. It took 6 weeks there was 7 interviews. After the 4th interview I was asked what it would take to bow out of all other interviews with other companies which I would not do unless I received and official offer, but they failed to actually produce a formal offer. I continued the process and received a verbal offer after interview 6. The day I was told I’d receive the formal offer, they introduced a 7th interview with a 45 minute notice with a new manager. They still never provided a formal offer and then after 2 weeks of waiting, they put hiring for the role on pause.
- Can you share an instance of a challenging client you managed effectively?
Director of Content Services
I was first contacted by an external recruiter, and after a good initial chat, they moved me to the next stage to speak with the hiring manager via video call. This interview was pretty straightforward and enjoyable. The recruiter had promised to update me on the next steps, but unfortunately, they went silent. It was really frustrating to be ghosted after getting to the second round, especially since they were the ones who reached out to me.
- What motivates your interest in this role?
- Could you describe your leadership experience?
BDR
The process isn't really a process. People just go with their gut feelings. It's not easy, but mostly interviewers wanna know about your passion for marketing or sales.
- What are your sales goals?
- Why did you pick BDR?
- Are you aware of the challenges?
