Man, this interview experience was really bad. I get there and they weren't ready for me at all. The folks seemed nice, but they didn't expect me. They just grabbed some tech guy who was free, gave him my resume, and had him interview me. I felt bad for the tech, he seemed lost and it was probably his first interview ever. He pulled up Google searches on his phone right in front of me and asked a bunch of tech questions, then threw in some situation questions he came up with. After that, he started grilling me about my past jobs and basically trashed everything that wasn't done the way he's used to. The whole thing dragged on for like two hours with him just firing off random tech questions. He didn't even figure out what job I was actually interviewing for until halfway through, which totally explains why he was treating it like a basic helpdesk gig. Even after learning it was for a Tier 2 Network Admin role, he kind of admitted it wasn't really the position the account manager talked about, more like a tier 1 field tech job. They haven't even bothered to let me know if I got the job or not. My advice to them: actually have a manager ready to interview people. And don't bash a candidate or their past companies just because your company does things differently. Plus, be upfront about the actual job role beforehand.

I interviewed and completed a brief technical assessment, which consisted of ten questions and wasn't overly difficult. They extended a job offer immediately, indicating they needed a decision right away due to other candidates interviewing within the next 24 hours. I requested more time, and they granted me a day. Just before leaving, one of the interviewers mentioned that the offer could be rescinded at any time. I found this odd and felt pressured to accept, so I declined.

It was a pretty chill interview, but they asked some good questions that really helped me get a feel for the company vibe. They were upfront about what they expected and laid out the rest of the hiring steps. You could tell the leadership was strong. Besides the resume, I had to fill out some forms and do some other paperwork. The interview itself went great, and they even offered to show me around the office.

The interview process was strangely simple and unwelcoming. I wouldn't suggest wasting your time. The interviewer was disrespectful and the office seemed uninviting and like an odd place to work.
