I applied online. They emailed to ask for a telephone interview after which I received another email to schedule an in-person interview. They forwarded me some paperwork to bring with me. The interview was pleasant enough. I felt like it went well - there was an exchange of information and questions, not just a one sided conversation. I did hear back from them via email, thanking me for my time and informing me they would not be moving forward with my application at this time.

Applied through LinkedIn and got an email back in 48 hours. Then moved to the phone interview and it was super fast. The person didn't even let me ask questions, you could tell they didn't care. Haven't heard back since. It's a simple email to send, not a lot to it. At least send a rejection, give us that courtesy!

I had a phone call to set up the 1:1 interview schedule. It was a short interview (5-10 mins). The front desk was nice. I never heard back from them, probably because the salary expectations I gave were apparently too high for them (even though it was already way below the average rate for this position).
