After applying, expect a call from HR within 1-2 days to schedule a Zoom meeting. The interview begins with a brief chat with HR, followed by a conversation with the assistant manager, Marcus, about your work style. Finally, you'll speak with a team leader for general questions about you.

It was an informational and positive environment. They asked many questions and gave me space to inquire about some of their values, which many aligned with my own! I felt how passionate they were about the company!

Behavioral Presentation

The interviews themselves went quite well, but the job turned out to be nothing like what was described. The actual role involves door-to-door cold sales for Verizon, which wasn't mentioned at all in the job description. They seem to bait-and-switch people into accepting the job, only for them to end up doing low-quality work, going door-to-door and meeting strangers during a pandemic. I wouldn't recommend it.

This was a smooth and easy interview process. The HR Director made me feel comfortable on the zoom call before the interview started. It took a couple minutes to get into the interview, but it didn't feel like it because I was talking with her.
