First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CORPOELEC.
Telecommunications Engineer
Had 5 interviews, all the same with different people asking the same questions. They asked about my experience and what I can bring to the company. Advised not to dress too casually because it's field work. There's a driving test. Also, make sure your documents are up to date (certified title from the engineering college, grades, etc.). Having network certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or A+ is a big plus. Don't mention a Master's degree.
- What is it about you that makes you stand out, and how would that be an advantage for the company?
Strategic Planner
I sent my resume, and around the same time, I got a call from the office where I would work. After a couple of interviews, HR called me, and that's when the selection process was made official. I was working there within a month.
- What was your experience like working with numbers?
SCADA Engineer
It was easy, two interviews. First was a technical interview with the Team Leader and an Specialist. The second was with HR staff, which included IQ tests, a personality test, and a personal interview.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
Electrical Engineer
The interview process was personal.
- What are your monthly income expectations?
