First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CorpNet.
Tax Registration Processor
The interview went very well, and I'm super excited to get started with the Company. They offered a lot of flexibility and great benefits. The interviewer was very nice and understanding of my circumstances, and gave me some really good feedback.
- How do you manage to stay organized during your workday?
Tax Processor
I applied on Indeed and they got back to me about setting up an interview in about 5 days. The interview was scheduled for a week later. It was a 30-minute, laid-back chat. They weren't trying to trick me, and the interviewer answered my questions about the job very openly.
- What makes you want to join Corpnet?
- Describe a situation where you made an error and how you resolved it.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to help a customer?
Email Marketing Specialist
I got contacted on LinkedIn. The interview process included a first round with the recruiter, a second round with the manager (who was super nice), and a third round with the business systems director (though they were a bit late). I didn't get to the final round with an SME. Everyone I met was really pleasant.
- Do you have any strategy ideas you'd think about putting into practice?
Customer Service Representative
There were three interviews in total. The questions were typical, like how do you handle stress or what makes you a good fit. It was more about personality than the actual job details. Even with my soonest availability, it took over 3 weeks to schedule these interviews.
- Why are you a good fit for this role?
