Controller
The interview process started with an HR phone call that lasted about 20 minutes, focusing on my experience and skills. This was followed by a Zoom interview with the Director of Finance, which took about 30 minutes. Finally, there was a one-on-one interview with the VP of Finance.
- Have you worked with US GAAP?
Security Engineer
I applied online and a few weeks later, a recruiter called me for an initial chat. They told me I'd have a second interview about the technical side of things. That went okay, but I thought I could've done better. The recruiter gave good feedback. A third interview with a higher-up was set up. They had to cancel and said they'd reschedule, but they never did and I never heard back.
- Could you explain what an RMM is and describe your experience using them?
Revenue Operations and Project Manager
I was first contacted by HR. Had a preliminary phone interview with HR and then another video interview with one of the core executives. The final interview was in-person with my potential supervisor. The HR person was really communicative and clear at first, but then it got super disappointing. After the last interview, the HR person said I made it to the final round and I'd hear back in two to three weeks, but then they completely ghosted me and never followed up.
- Can you discuss your project management background and share examples of difficulties you've faced?
Account Executive
It was a quick, easy, and painless process. It started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a counterpart interview, and then back to the hiring manager. The questions were easy and straightforward. I didn't feel like I was a good fit with the hiring manager, who seemed new to hiring and came off as condescending. After the offer was made, his attitude changed, which made me feel like he was hiding something.
- Were there any lay up questions?
- Were there more personality and culture fit questions?
